The explanation that South Korea has achieved that in just 20 days there were no new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while China has needed 40 days, and that their number was 8 times lower than that of China, is attributed to that the government of South Korea proclaimed the state of alarm when there were only 100 infected, to test all those who had been close to those infected even though they did not present symptoms, since the population obeyed the precautionary measures and of confinement.

In fact that in Spain the consequences have been more serious, it is attributed to the fact that despite having already 589 infected people, the protests of March 8 and other massive acts were allowed, to the fact that it was expected that there were 1000 infected people to take measures, it was allowed the entrance of people from other countries without controlling their body temperature, only tests were done to those who already had symptoms and the use of masks was not recommended for healthy people, perhaps because there were no stocks. For all these reasons, unlike other countries, the mobility restriction will last until June 21, 2020.
